I. Demand Communication and Order Confirmation

1. Customer consultation: Customers contact us through telephone, email, online platforms and other channels to put forward the demand for charger products, including but not limited to product specifications (such as output voltage, current, power, interface type, size, etc.), appearance design requirements, packaging requirements, order quantity and expected delivery time.

2. Demand analysis and solution provision: After receiving customer consultation, our sales team immediately organizes engineering and technical personnel to conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs. Based on the information provided by the customer, combined with our production process and technical capabilities, a detailed product plan is formulated, including the design drawings, technical parameters, bill of materials, production process flow and preliminary quotation of the charger. The plan is provided to the customer within 3 working days.

3. Order confirmation: The customer evaluates the product plan and quotation we provide. If there are any questions or modifications, the two parties will conduct further communication and negotiation. Once the customer confirms that it is correct and places a formal order, we will sign a legally binding sales contract with the customer to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, including product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, payment method, quality standards, after-sales service terms, etc.

II. Production plan and material procurement

1. Production plan formulation: After the contract is signed, the production department formulates a detailed production plan according to the order requirements, determines the production batches, the time nodes of each process, and the personnel arrangement. The production plan is formulated and completed within 1 working day and notified to the relevant departments.

2. Material procurement: The procurement department selects high-quality suppliers for the procurement of raw materials and parts based on the production plan and the list of materials. During the procurement process, the quality of materials is strictly controlled, and suppliers are required to provide quality inspection reports and relevant certification documents. All purchased materials must undergo strict quality inspection before entering the warehouse, and can only enter the production link after passing the inspection. The procurement cycle depends on the type of materials and the situation of the supplier, generally between 2 and 5 days.

III. Production and quality control

1. Production and processing: The production workshop produces and processes the charger according to the production plan and the established process flow. During the production process, the quality management system is strictly implemented to ensure that every production link meets the quality standards. Strict quality inspection and handover are carried out between each process, and unqualified products are marked and isolated in time, and corresponding corrective measures are taken. The production cycle depends on the number and complexity of the order, generally between 7 and 30 days.

2. Quality inspection: Set up a special quality inspection department, use advanced testing equipment and methods to conduct comprehensive quality inspection of the finished charger. The inspection content includes electrical performance testing (such as output voltage stability, current accuracy, charging efficiency, etc.), safety testing (such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, leakage protection, etc.), appearance and structure inspection (such as shell material, color, logo, interface firmness, etc.). Each batch of products must be sampled or fully inspected in accordance with relevant standards to ensure that the product quality pass rate reaches more than 99%. For products that fail the inspection, it is strictly forbidden to flow into the next process or leave the factory, and they must be reworked or scrapped, and the reasons must be analyzed and preventive measures must be taken to prevent similar problems from happening again.

3. Finished product packaging: The finished chargers that have passed the quality inspection enter the packaging link. The packaging department designs and packages the products according to customer requirements to ensure the safety and integrity of the products during transportation and storage. The packaging materials shall be selected in accordance with environmental protection standards and transportation requirements. The packaging labels shall be clear and accurate, indicating the product name, specifications, model, quantity, production date, manufacturer, instructions for use, precautions and other information.

IV. Logistics distribution and after-sales service

1. Logistics distribution: According to the customer's order requirements and the delivery time agreed in the contract, select a suitable logistics partner for product distribution. We have established long-term cooperative relationships with many well-known logistics companies, which can ensure that the products are delivered to the customer's designated location on time and safely. After the product is shipped, the logistics order number and transportation information will be fed back to the customer in a timely manner to facilitate customer tracking and inquiry. The logistics delivery time depends on the customer's location and logistics method, generally between 7 and 30 days.

2. After-sales service: We provide a complete after-sales service system. During the product warranty period, if the customer finds that the product has quality problems, they can contact us at any time. We will respond within 2 hours after receiving customer feedback, understand the specific situation, and guide customers to conduct preliminary troubleshooting. For products that need to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement, we will provide free repair services or replace new products. Outside the warranty period, we will also provide customers with paid maintenance and technical support services to ensure that customers can continue to use our products normally. At the same time, we will regularly visit customers to collect their opinions and suggestions on products and services so that we can continuously improve and enhance product quality and service levels.
